After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or holidays.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Third Day Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been scanned and accepted by USPS, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check around your home

  • Ask neighbors

  • Contact your local post office
